The SNO-WAY electrohydraulic system is one of the most modern and powerful units specially developed for use on snow plows. The major advantages of this hydraulic system include its low weight and compact design. In addition, the SNO-WAY hydraulic system can be swiveled 30° to the left or right. The scope of delivery includes a cable remote control and the necessary snow plow lighting with front headlights, turn signals, LED position lights, and marker poles.

Another advantage of SNO-WAY: the standard mechanical level control. Integrated into the hydraulics, it enables clean snow removal even when the vehicle is tilted, as the snow blade always rests horizontally on the ground.

Lexan snow plow

SNO-WAY snow plows feature a high-quality Lexan insert. Lexan is a polycarbonate and, with its high optical clarity, only resembles acrylic glass at first glance, as it is characterized by its extreme strength and impact resistance. Protective barriers in ice hockey stadiums and safety goggles are also made from Lexan. Compared to steel snow plows, SNO-WAY Lexan plows are better protected against rust damage and are up to 25% lighter. SNO-WAY snow plows are supplied with a plastic scraper bar as standard. Steel bars are also available on request. The scope of delivery also includes turntables, which are used to adjust the scraping depth.

The ProControl cable remote control is included with every SNO-WAY snow plow. This allows the DP function to be activated as quickly as possible. This means 35% more pressure on the snow blade at the touch of a button. Any attached spreader can also be controlled via the ProControl system. The required spreader receiver is available separately.

RVB attachment spreader 280, 570, 1520 liters

SNO-WAY attachment spreaders are ideal for professional spreading on vans, small trucks, and pickups. Their low height ensures sufficient rear visibility, allowing for safe working and maneuvering. The plastic spreader hopper is mounted on a stainless steel frame. The spreading material is transported to the spreading disc via a screw conveyor. Both the screw conveyor and the spreading disc are driven by their own 12V electric motors and can be controlled separately. This allows for very precise adjustment of the spreading quantity and width.

A vibrator kit is installed as standard. The screw conveyor, spreading disc, and vibrator kit can be conveniently operated from the driver's seat using the remote control included in the scope of delivery, whereby the speed of the screw conveyor and spreading disc can be regulated separately. The easy-to-install and removable spreading chute, which is available in two versions, must be ordered separately. With a height of 40 cm for low vehicles and a height of 74 cm for higher vehicles.
